Bright yellow. Delicate aromas of lemon, grapefruit and acacia flower. Leanish and edgy, but with very good energy to the flavors of tart citrus fruits, minerals and peppery herbs. The grapefruit note carries through on the lingering finish. I tasted another sample from a 1964(!) barrel, which showed lovely purity and lemony cut. Tribut assured me that he keeps his ancient barrels full of wine "except for two days each year."
