Vivid ruby-red.  Red and dark berry aromas are complemented by notes of cola, anise and peppery spices.  Sappy, penetrating black raspberry and bitter cherry flavors show impressive energy and clarity, picking up smoke and mineral qualities with air.  Finishes bright and long, with lingering spice and floral notes.
