Light orange-pink.  Intense, mineral-driven aromas and flavors of strawberry, cherry, honeysuckle and blood orange.  Lithe and precise, with excellent clarity and mineral cut.  Finishes very long, with subtle sweetness and lingering mineral and ginger notes.
