Bright straw-yellow.  Compelling, very ripe aromas of passion fruit, banana cream pie, pear jelly and white truffle.  Then more minerally and high-acid on the palate, and a bit disjointed in the early going.  But this concentrated, ripe entry-level pinot gris will develop further.
