Pale yellow.  Aromas of melon, lime, nectarine and pineapple.  Tightly coiled but rich and sappy, with citrus and pit fruit flavors firmed by harmonious acidity.  Shows good clarity and focus on the finish, which features intense citrus zest, spice and sea salt nuances.
