(a 62/38 blend, all raised in stainless steel):  Light yellow-gold.  Spicy pear and melon aromas are underscored by chalky minerals and honeysuckle.  Sharply focused orchard fruit flavors are complemented by tangy minerality and given a bitter edge by pear skin and quinine nuances.  Finishes on an intense floral note, with zero excess fat and excellent cut.
