(15% alcohol): Opaque ruby. Sexy, oak-spiced aromas of cassis, cherry-cola and incense, with a peppery topnote. Offers deeply pitched dark berry compote flavors and brighter notes of allspice and star anise, with a vanilla undertone. Livelier on a finish that leaves suggestions of candied flowers and mocha. Quite suave and approachable already but this one will be better in a few more years.
