(based on garnacha blanca, with viognier, roussanne, marsanne, pedro ximenez, macabeo, escanya vella and pinot noir): Pale yellow-gold. Fresh pit and orchard fruit aromas are complicated by notes of white flowers, honey and mace, with a mineral topnote. Juicy, expansive pear and quince flavors show a refreshingly bitter edge and pick up sweetness with air. Finishes on a tangy mineral note, with very good energy and cut.
