(90% albarino and 10% treixadura, aged on its lees in stainless steel for seven months):  Light yellow.  Aromas and flavors of honeydew, pear and lemon curd, with hints of chalk and white pepper.  Juicy and focused, with excellent finishing clarity and lingering mineral and floral notes.
