(70% carinena and 30% garnacha, from vines reportedly planted almost 80 years ago):  Inky ruby.  Cassis, blackberry, violet, dark chocolate and minerals on the nose.  Rich but lithe, delivering compellingly sweet flavors of dark berries and cola lifted by a floral component.  Silky and lush on the finish, with bright acidity extending the black and blue fruit flavors.
