Bright straw.  High-pitched citrus zest and green apple aromas are complicated by notes of anise and white flowers.  Racy and precise on the palate, offering lively lime and lemongrass flavors and given depth by a bitter pear skin nuance.  Finishes tangy and long, with resonating spice and floral notes.
