A most promising youngster

A wonderful wine which still is too young to show optimally. Only after a couple of days did the huge fruit, acidity and minerality begin to integrate. A week after opening, they were more in harmony but the oak predominated.

I enjoyed the fruity notes and more complex flavors. I was very happy with this choice.
