(this is the only pinot in this set that was destemmed and fermented with wild yeasts):  Ruby-red.  Pungent aromas of black raspberry and potpourri, with an Asian spice accent.  Lush and complex, offering potent flavors of cherry, red berries, rose pastille and cola.  This rich and lively pinot finishes with strong punch but rather gentle tannins.
