(70% monastrell and 30% syrah; no oak):  Inky purple.  Aromas and flavors of ripe blackberry, licorice and cola, with herbal and floral nuances adding complexity.  Broad and fleshy, showing good power, depth and finishing spiciness.  This wine delivers amazing bang for the buck.
