(30% merlot, 30% syrah, 30% cabernet sauvignon and 10% malbec):  Inky purple.  Deeply perfumed nose displays blackberry, blueberry, cracked pepper and violet qualities.  Sappy dark berry flavors show both depth and vibrancy, picking up candied licorice and floral nuances with air.  Turns sweeter on the very long. gently tannic finish but leaves a zesty mineral note behind.
