89 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - August 2012

(a blend of 50% merlot, 20% cabernet sauvignon, 20% ciliegiolo and 10% sangiovese):  Ruby-red.  Fresh aromas of red berries, violet and crushed stone.  Bright and fresh on entry, then turns creamier and more tactile in the middle, with riper red cherry and plum flavors complemented by an underbrush nuance.  Finishes juicy, clean and persistent.
