Good full, bright red.  Captivating aromas of red plum, red licorice, minerals and sweet brown spices, with higher-pitched suggestions of sour red cherry and violet.  Suave and light on its feet, showing a youthfully medicinal aspect to the flavors of red fruits, flowers and licorice.  Firmly structured but not a bit hard, this wine finishes with strong fruit, a hint of marzipan, and outstanding length and verve.  The juicy, mouthwatering acidity leaves you wanting another glass.
