(aged for three years on its lees in stainless steel):  Bright gold.  Citrus zest, fresh fig, smoky minerals and honey on the nose.  Brisk, tactile and gripping, with noteworthy energy to its flavors of lemon curd, pear, mineral and sweet butter.  Finishes chewy, fresh and very long, with resonating mineral and floral notes.
