(all stainless steel):  Saturated ruby.  Redcurrant and cherry aromas show a strong spicy quality and a touch of dried herbs.  Light and lively on the palate, offering taut red fruit flavors and a kiss of cracked pepper.  Nervy and refreshingly bitter, with good finishing clarity and a lingering note of bitter cherry.  Quite grown up for the price point, with no excess fat.
