(40 g/l r.s., 3.05 pH; 80% stainless steel and 20% neutral oak; from fruit picked at the end of October with very little botrytis): Good yellow-straw color. Lemon ice, orange rind, nutmeg and a hint of slate on the nose. Spicy and highly concentrated, with strong acidity leavening the wine's thickness and intensifying the flavors of orange blossom and candied stone fruits. Finishes very long and juicy, with thoroughly ripe stone fruit flavors and a strong impression of extract. Very impressive, energetic riesling.
