(a blend of 71% syrah, 14% grenache and 12% mourvedre; fermented mostly with wild yeasts):  Good bright red.  Lovely perfume of red cherry, rose petal and spices.  Juicy, spicy and supple, with enticing floral lift to the red berry, cherry and spice flavors.  Creamy and ripe but with a very restrained sweetness.  A politely styled Rhone blend but Billo Naravane says the animal character will come.
