(from Ciel du Cheval fruit cropped at two tons per acre, according to Chris Upchurch; done entirely in stainless steel):  Tangy aromas of stone fruits and honey.  Broad and ripe, with rich flavors of stone fruits, mirabelle and smoke.  Very tactile but not sweet.  Finishes impressively long and precise, with complex notes of mirabelle, honey and minerals accented by limey acidity.  "Red Mountain was the most successful AVA in America in 2011," opined Upchurch.
