Light yellow.  Aromas and flavors of tangerine, melon and mint, plus a beeswax quality.  Dense, fresh and focused, displaying a suave blend of richness and vivacity.  Finishes youthfully tight but with very good persistence, leaving anise and mineral notes behind.  This is a more powerful example of the variety than most Piedmont versions, but just as lively.
