Vivid gold.  Potent, mineral-accented aromas of dried pear, ginger and white flowers.  Refreshingly bitter and precise, offering pear skin and quinine flavors and a touch of anise.  Closes dry and very long, with firm grip and lingering minerality.  This wine is about much more than mere fruit.
