Light gold.  Vibrant lime and lemongrass on the nose, with complicating mineral and quinine notes.  Racy, sharply focused and light on its feet, with vibrant citrus and quince flavors displaying a slightly dry edge.  Lime zest and white pepper notes linger on the finish, which shows very good energy and a touch of bitter citrus pith.
