Pale straw-green.  Intense aromas of yellow peach and ginger.  Suave and rich on the palate, with  peach, apricot and spice flavors lingering impressively on the aftertaste.  This is almost fat for riesling but offers terrific early drinking appeal.  I like the balance of 13.5% alcohol, 4 grams of r.s. and 6 grams of acidity.  Made from roughly 35-year-old vines from various parcels that share the same sandy-gravelly soil type.
