(15% alcohol and 22 g/l residual sugar):  Bright golden yellow.  Slightly reticent but very deep and complex aromas of tropical fruit, honeyed crystallized ginger and cinnamon, all lifted by a shot of liquid minerals.  Rich, dense and creamy, with canned peach, dried apricot, ginger and sweet spice flavors complicated by pure minerality.  Finishes suave and very long, with noteworthy precision and wonderful cut.  This exceptional gewurztraminer should be long-lived.
