(13.5% alcohol, 4 g/l residual sugar, 8 g/l total acidity):  Dark yellow-gold.  Ripe tropical fruit and fresh- baked angel food cake aromas.  Bright and juicy, with flavors of yellow melon, lime and verbena lifted by bright acidity.  This has a full gram per liter lower acidity than Le Kottabe but also much less sugar and so it seems more acid.  Both Le Kottabe and Le Dragon are highly successful in '10 and '11 and make great everyday quaffers and intelligent restaurant choices.
