(only 5 g/ residual sugar and 7.7 g/l total acidity): Straw-green. Citrus-accented ripe pear and apple compote aromas are lifted by a perfumed note of white flowers. Then bright, juicy and precise on the palate, showing a classically dry mouthfeel and very refined lime and floral flavors. Poised, precise pinot gris with sneaky concentration and very good length.
