Pale straw-green.  Lemon and white flowers on the nose.  Clean and fresh, with white stone fruit and floral flavors persisting nicely on the back.  Schoffit says he's very happy to be making a chasselas "because it permits us to differentiate ourselves from everyone else."  From vines planted by his grandfather in 1935.
