(14% alcohol and 14 g/l residual sugar):  Bright gold.  Deep, perfumed aromas of tropical fruits and cinnamon.  Dense, suave and deep, with obvious sweetness to the floral and tropical fruit flavors but lovely overall balance.  Finishes smooth and long, with lingering floral nuances.  Unlike Trimbach's rieslings and pinot gris, where there wasn't a radical difference between the various levels of wine in the 2011 line-up, this gewurztraminer is noticeably better and more interesting than this producer's other two versions.
