(70% auxerrois and 30% pinot blanc):  Pale green.  White flowers, beeswax and stone fruits on the nose and lively palate.  Finishes clean and persistent.  Made from roughly 80% purchased grapes.  One can really taste the pinot blanc here, even though it comprises only 30% of the blend.
