89 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - September 2012

Pale green.  This shows a little more auxerrois on the nose than the 2011, with delicate honey and spice notes mixed in with the green apple and beeswax.  Shows similar flavors in the mouth but with a less obvious floral component than the 2011 and more structure.  Lovely integrated acidity keeps the flavors fresh and clean.  Beautiful pinot blanc, and one of the best from Trimbach in my memory.
