Bright straw.  Anise and almond flower complement yellow apple on the enticing nose.  Sweet, rich and clean on the palate, with flavors similar to the aromas and a clean, persistent, very smooth finish.  Made from grapes grown right behind the Deiss family home, this is a mixture of ten grape varieties, including a few of the red persuasion too.
