Pale yellow.  Subtle aromas of spicy mango, tangerine, flowers and spearmint.  Juicy, pure and precise, with noteworthy freshness to its rose petal and ripe citrus flavors.  Not yet complex but laid-back and very nicely balanced on the fresh, long finish.  This is a well-above-average entry-level gewurztraminer because the Blancks declassified a lot of their grand cru juice in 2010 (as did many other Alsace estates) into their base wines, as there was such limited production of these and their clients were clamoring for this less-expensive gewurztraminer especially.
