Bright yellow.  Tropical fruit, quince and peach on the captivating nose.  Rich and sweet on the palate, with lively, harmonious acidity giving very good focus to the bright pineapple, cinnamon and cured meat flavors.  Creamy and persistent on the aftertaste.  This is excellent.
