Medium-deep straw-yellow.  Ripe aromas of dried fruits, smoke and truffle on the perfumed nose.  Fat, sweet and full in the mouth, with rather low acidity and an almost liqueur-like mouthfeel to the lime, peach and pepper flavors.  Offers good texture and a metallic earthy touch on the long finish.
