Bright, pale straw-green.  Pear nectar, butter and a whiff of peach blossom on the rather closed nose.  Juicy and fairly dense, with very high acidity framing and lifting the peach and nectarine flavors.  Solidly dry and nicely balanced on the long aftertaste, which displays a very fine-grained texture and considerable aromatic subtlety.
