(60% auxerrois and 40% pinot blanc): Dark yellow. Lovely spicy, honeyed aromas typical of auxerrois. The honey and spice notes carry over onto the palate, where they complement flavors of ripe yellow apple and plum. Finishes rich and tactile, with lingering sweet, spicy, vanillin notes.
