Bright straw-green.  Spicy coconut and orange blossom on the rich nose.  Fresh flavors of minty melon, ripe quince and anise are further enlivened by lipsmacking acidity, although the wine has an essentially rich, creamy mouthfeel.  Archetypical auxerrois aromas and flavors, and the extra acidity of the 2010 vintage (auxerrois is usually a low-acid variety) really helps it sing.
