95 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - November/December 2012

(60% chardonnay and 40% pinot noir, disgorged September, 2011):  Pale orange.  Highly complex, aromatic scents of lichee, blood orange, red berries, nutmeg and white flowers.  Bright, focused and seamless on the palate, with racy acidity giving the citrus and strawberry flavors excellent lift and precision.  Opens up nicely with air while maintaining impressive vivacity and focus.  Extremely fine and graceful Champagne with the balance to age.
