(44% syrah, 32% grenache and 24% mourvedre):  Opaque ruby.  Smoke-accented cherry-cola, cassis and blueberry aromas, with hints of olive tapenade, violet and incense building with air.   Plush, palate-coating and broad, with very good depth to its spicy dark berry and floral pastille flavors.  Shows alluring sweetness on the finish, supported and shaped by velvety tannins.
