Vibrant ruby-red.  High-pitched red berry and floral aromas are complicated by suggestions of Asian spices and cola.  Juicy, penetrating raspberry and bitter cherry flavors pick up weight and sweetness with air, along with a hint of spicecake.  Shows excellent clarity and persistence on the finish, which features supple tannins and a refreshing jolt of bitter orange pith.
