Vivid red.  Highly perfumed nose evokes fresh raspberry, Asian spices and candied rose.  Smooth, sweet and intense, offering energetic red fruit and floral pastille flavors and a sexy note of star anise.  Finishes bright, suave and impressively long, with silky tannins lending shape and grip.  This wine was made from a selection of Clendenen's five favorite barrels.
