(clocks in at 15.7% alcohol but doesn't show it):  Bright ruby-red.  Ripe cherry and licorice on the highly aromatic nose and on the palate.  Offers an appealing sweetness and becomes spicier with aeration.  Finishes powerful and long, with gentle lifting acidity and smooth, sweet tannins.
