Full red-ruby.  Ripe nose delivers scents of plum, mocha, truffle, herbs and beefsteak tomato, lifted by a subtle floral quality.  Plump, round and seamless; very ripe but not overly sweet.  Plum and saline flavors show good glyceral depth.  Finishes with smooth tannins and a slight alcoholic warmth.
