From vineyards in Mendoza (Luan de Cuyo and Agrelo) and Uco Valley, winemaker Luis Reginato produces concentrated, classy Syrah, Pinot Noir, Malbec and Chardonnay, each bearing supple, fleshy textures and superb sweetness of fruit.

(a 55/45 blend of malbec and cabernet): Good red-ruby. Aromas of black cherry, cassis and strong chocolatey oak. Dense, suave and nicely delineated, with a restrained sweetness to the blackberry, licorice and violet flavors lifted by spicy oak. Finishes firmly tannic and long, saturating the palate without leaving any impression of weight. This would be a terrific match for red meat.
