Bright violet color.  Lively red berry, cherry and floral aromas are complicated by notes of anise and pungent minerals.  Silky raspberry and redcurrant flavors are brightened by tangy acidity and pick up a refreshingly bitter cherry skin quality with air.  A bright, balanced midweight that finishes with very good clarity and subtle tannins.
