Up in the hills surrounding Castiglione Tinella, a stunning view of the Alps provides a backdrop for Paolo Saracco’s Moscato. Planted in a limestone soil coursing with sandy veins, the grapes are harvested individually, bunch by bunch. Low yields and extreme care result in fresh, bright, racy Moscato; some of the most delicate and filigreed examples made, with wonderful elegance, balance and pristine fruit flavor.
