Pale gold.  Pungent, mineral-driven nose evokes fresh pear, tangerine and peach, with toasty lees, chamomile and anise qualities adding complexity.  Juicy and tight, with bracing acidity and a strong floral character to its taut orchard fruit flavors.  Finishes firm, spicy and very long, with the mineral element repeating.
